1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and x000.club ("x000", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of x000.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the x000 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, and any funds deposited will be returned to the payment source minus any applicable processing fees.

One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the x000 platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. x000 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of account information.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x000 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. x000 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You must notify x000 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. x000 provides two-factor authentication ("2FA") as an optional additional security layer, which you are strongly encouraged to enable.

x000 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account information provided is false or misleading; (b) the account is being used in breach of these Terms; (c) the security of the account has been compromised; or (d) continued use of the account poses a regulatory or compliance risk.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods. x000 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC-20. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees ("PKR"). x000 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without advance notice.

Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your x000 account balance in real time upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 30 minutes to 2 hours, subject to the processing timelines of the originating bank. x000 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be initiated after KYC verification is successfully completed. x000 processes JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals within 5 to 20 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers are processed within 1 to 3 business days. x000 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems potentially suspicious.

Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your x000 account are from legitimate sources and that you are not using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity. x000 cooperates fully with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations.

Currency. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. x000 does not apply hidden currency conversion charges.

5. Betting Rules & Game Terms

All bets placed on the x000 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market category, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game-specific rules.

Settlement of Bets. x000 reserves the right to void, cancel, or settle any bet differently if it is placed on an event or outcome that has already commenced or concluded at the time of placement, if there has been a manifest pricing or data error, or if there is evidence of match-fixing or other integrity violations.

Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed in the game interface at the time of play. x000 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for any game or any account at any time.

Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, all bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned. x000 is not liable for any losses arising from software or connection failures on the player's device or network.

RTP Information. Return to Player ("RTP") values for all slot and casino games are publicly displayed within each game panel. Live dealer game RTP figures are determined by the rules of the game variant in play. x000 sources games exclusively from studios that hold independent certification for their published RTP values.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

In the absence of specific promotional terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless otherwise stated.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x000 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — even if x000 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

x000's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

x000 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, x000 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the x000 platform following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable under x000's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the x000 platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. Nothing in this clause prevents x000 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any appropriate jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or enforce any security obligation.
